Yes, the duels can go pretty fast, This is not the most intense or fastest that we two have done this either. When we are using steel it does tend to go slower but only because we are trying to make sure our blows are really pulled to avoid injury. With that said if we were really trying to kill each other the speed would more like this and grappling would also come into play.
